Marco Campos, P.E., is the Founder, Executive Chairman, and Chief Culture Officer of Campos Companies, a family of businesses delivering engineering, construction, fabrication, staffing, consulting, digital transformation, and energy investment solutions across North America. Since founding Campos EPC from his basement in 2005, Marco has grown the organization into a leading energy infrastructure platform built on innovation, entrepreneurship, and an unwavering belief that people are every company’s greatest asset.

A Denver native and first-generation college graduate, Marco learned the values of hard work, integrity, and entrepreneurship from his grandfather, a self-employed welder, before earning his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. Those early lessons continue to shape Campos today—where bold ideas, relentless execution, and a people-first culture are at the heart of every decision. Marco is known for challenging conventional thinking, encouraging entrepreneurial leadership at every level, and inspiring employees to grow alongside the company they help build.

While Campos Companies continues to expand across North America, Marco considers the Campos Foundation to be his most meaningful legacy. Founded to create opportunities for underrepresented minority and female students pursuing STEM careers, the Foundation now impacts more than 18,000 students annually through SmartLabs, scholarships, internships, summer bridge programs, mentorship, and university partnerships. As the Official STEM Education Partner of the Denver Broncos, the Foundation reflects Marco’s belief that success is measured not only by what a company builds, but by the lives it changes. Outside the office, Marco is a proud father of four and is rarely seen without Larry, his Boxer and well-known office companion, who has become a beloved member of the Campos family. Whether launching a new venture, mentoring future leaders, or inspiring students to pursue careers in STEM—including recent speaking engagements at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)—Marco continues to lead with the same entrepreneurial spirit that started Campos over two decades ago. He believes the future runs on what we build—but the greatest thing we can build is opportunity for others.

Roland Trevino serves as President of NACC Construction, where he leads the company’s construction operations, strategic growth, and execution of complex energy infrastructure projects across North America.

In 2020, Roland partnered with Marco Campos to co-found NACC Construction with a shared vision of building a construction company grounded in integrity, operational excellence, and long-term value. Under his leadership, NACC has grown into a trusted construction partner serving the renewable energy, utility, and oil and gas industries while maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and client success.

Before joining Campos, Roland held executive leadership roles with Pacific Gas & Electric and El Paso Pipeline Group, where he led engineering, operations, asset integrity, and maintenance organizations supporting some of the nation’s largest natural gas transmission and distribution systems. He brings more than three decades of experience leading large-scale infrastructure programs and high-performing teams.

Roland earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Marquette University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and remains committed to developing strong teams, fostering a culture of accountability, and delivering lasting value for clients and communities.

Sean Holmes serves as the Vice President of Operations at Campos NACC Construction, bringing with him an impressive two-decade career of pipeline-related experience constructing facilities across the nation. With expertise in construction, safety, QAQC, project management, and estimating, Sean possesses a diverse skill set honed through hands-on experience and a commitment to excellence.

Pipeline is in this man’s blood. As a third generation Pipeliner, his journey began in a family-owned construction business and pipeline fabrication shop, where he cultivated a strong foundation of experiential knowledge that paved the way for his later success.

Throughout his career, Sean has prioritized continual growth, supplementing his expertise with real-world experiences within the pipeline industry, ensuring he remains at the forefront of industry advancements.

Beyond the office, Sean finds joy in outdoor activities like mountain biking, hiking, and hunting. He also enjoys cooking and spending quality time with his wife and two boys.
